Mission Statement: "Serving God, serving each other, serving community. "

JAM - Jesus and Me

Sunday mornings at 10.30am, junior. members of the church share with the whole congregation in the first part of the service in the church. This has become increasingly child-orientated with a talk, readings by young people and action songs sung by all.

After the first 20 minutes or so the children and young people leave with a special blessing to continue their activities in age groups in the Conduit Centre. For All-Age services (4 times per year) and on special occasions (eg Harvest, Easter, Parade) children and young people remain for the whole service, but are welcome to go to the welcome area where the service can still be heard.

Baptisms and Dedications

Every family that has a child christened at Trinity is allocated a Baptismal Friend who keeps in touch before and after the Christening through the occasional phone call or visit. Families are specially invited to celebrate their Christening Anniversaries by returning for a Baptism Service on the relevant Sunday.

Toddler Groups

An average of 20 adults and 30 children meet on Thursday mornings from 9.30am to 11:15 in the hall for play and happy fellowship. Parents, grandparents, child minders and nannies are most grateful for the support they receive from a dedicated band of helpers.

Uniformed Groups

Over 60 young people attend meetings each week and enjoy an interesting and varied programme of activities. There is a waiting list of young people wanting to join. Mondays: 5:30 pm Beavers, 6.45pm Cub Scouts, 7.45pm Scouts. Wednesdays: 6.00pm Brownies, 7.30pm Guides. These groups have a close relationship with the Church and there are 3 Parade Services a year when they attend for morning or tea-time services. Leaders and young members always take an active part in these services.
